解决方案1 先去官网下载对应的 Python ;

下载python2.7 或3版本的 安装 [路径]:(https://www.python.org/download/releases/2.7/)

解决方案2 新的解决办法: 启用管理员权限 输入命令行 : windows10 左下角搜索框内,输入cmd 右键终端,选择管理员权限再输入下面代码

管理员权限打开执行：npm install --global --production windows-build-tools

两个方法基本能够解决以上问题
